Founded in 2016 by Ricardo Valdez, Homestead Construction was built on a simple mission: to create beautiful, lasting spaces—without the stress that so often comes with remodeling.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Ricardo brings unmatched expertise to every project. His background as an electrician and project manager for respected custom home builders like Camelot Homes and Santa Anna Homes shaped his deep understanding of craftsmanship, design, and communication.
Ricardo saw a gap in the industry—too many builders could deliver the work, but few made the process feel clear or collaborative. That’s why Homestead emphasizes transparency, respect, and a client-first mindset at every stage. Salvador Perez, Business Development & Client Success Manager
Salvador serves as the vital bridge between our clients and construction team, ensuring every project starts with clarity and ends with satisfaction. A graduate of Grand Canyon University with a degree in business, he brings a modern, customer-focused approach to service and project coordination.
With an electrical background and three years of hands-on experience in the field, Salvador blends technical knowledge with strong communication skills—translating complex details into clear expectations for homeowners. As Ramon’s son, he’s grown up around the job site and carries forward the same dedication to quality and care that defines our team.
